I use hammers from Germany, Canada, and New York depending on the design of your piano and your personal tonal preferences. These are custom made for your piano. I can have keys recovered with plastic, pre-ban ivory, mammoth tusk, or steer bone. Sharps can be plastic or ebony. I use action parts from Germany because they are the best and most reliable parts available.

I use a stringmaker in Nashville who not only makes the strings, he also designs a new stringscale-calculating new wire sizes and diameters to optimize the bass in your piano.
